Apodemus sponsors international bat census in Nietoperek, Poland!
We are proud to be a sponsor of Top Nietoperek, the foundation that, together with the University of Wrocław, organises the annual bat census in Nietoperek.
This huge bunker system is a hibernation system for tens of thousands of bats and is of transboundary importance for species conservation.
With over 39,000 animals counted, the results underline the importance of this census, and we are happy to contribute to the international cooperation and knowledge exchange that makes it possible.
